The premises of Schuler Rohstoff GmbH, a complete waste disposal enterprise, is an extremely busy place. 34 MEILLER skip loaders and hooklifts are in continual use, delivering and unloading a diverse range of waste and recyclable materials from the region between the Black Forest and Lake Constance.
Schuler Rohstoff specialises in legally binding disposal of waste which aims to return it to the material cycle as valuable secondary raw materials. As a consultant and service partner, the company has developed individual disposal solutions and believes its task is to contribute to active environmental protection.
As a complete waste disposal enterprise, Schuler collects every kind of waste material from industry, trade and private households, ranging from scrap material and waste paper to hazardous substances. Transportation, storage and processing are among the tasks performed by more than 100 employees at the Deisslingen and Singen locations. A high degree of availability of tippers is therefore decisive for efficient operation.
“We are impressed by the quality of the superstructures and have been driving MEILLER vehicles for decades”, says Dr Dietmar Kargoll, an authorised representative at Schuler. He values their durability and robustness for a very particular reason. “When it comes to scrap, we drive around with an overall weight of 40 tonnes, and the containers are continually lifted and deposited. Major repairs are realised by technicians from the MEILLER Field Service who are speedily on site and realise their work in a reliable manner”.
